Store Your Info Online

Google and Microsoft both let you store your and your child's medical and health records on-line and to share these with physicians, if you choose. This can include medical history, medication lists, immunizations, and lab reports.

Both of these free services require that you create a secure sign-up name and password. Here are links to their signup pages -
