 National Child Care Information Center
The NCCIC is a national clearinghouse and technical assistance center linking parents, providers, policy-makers, researchers, and the public to early care and education information.  Find links to a broad range of child care-related topics including child care arrangements, health and safety in child care settings, infant and toddler care, after-school care, and more.

 Child Care Regulations State by State
The National Resource Center for Health and Safety in Child Care provides links to each state's child care codes.  Also find health and safety tips and other child care resources. 

 Virginia's Child Care Regulations
The Virginia Department of Social Services, Division of Licensing Programs set standards for center-based and family-based child care. The complete regulations are available here.  Available on the web or by calling 800-543-7545
