 Men: Stay Healthy at Any Age  New
From the federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, based on recommendations from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force. Daily steps for good health, checklists, and recommended screening tests.  

 Women: Stay Healthy at Any Age New
From the federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, based on recommendations from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force. Daily steps for good health, checklists, and recommended screening tests. 

 CDC's Exercise Guidelines  New
From the  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  Gives you suggestions for daily physical activity to maintain fitness and health.     

 HHS's Exercise Guidelines  New
From the  U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  Comprehensive and detailed science-based guidance to help you improve your health through appropriate physical activity.  Guide is for all ages.  Chapter 4 has specific recommendations for active adults.   

 HHS's Guide for Adults  New
From the  U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  This is a summary based on HHS' Exercise guidelines (see above item in this list) and can help you decide the number of days, types of activities, and times that fit your schedule.  

 Stop Smoking  New
From the  National Cancer Institute, Centers for Disease Control, and the National Institute of Health Smokefree.gov gives you tips on quitting, phone accesss to experts,  and print resources.
